Can I recover folders that are deleted before Recovery Period?

I guess I did a really bad thing, and accidentally deleted a folder that includes my old photos. It probably happened way before 30 days (my plan supports a 30-day recovery period), so I could not see this folder in my deleted files, today. But I am sure that the deletion happened not earlier than 2-3 months. Is there any way to recover those files? They are really important to me.

    No, unfortunately not. 

     

    Once the recovery window is passed they are unrecoverable I'm afraid 😞
