Can only edit my Dropbox on 1 of my 3 computers.

I have 3 computers with dropbox, but can only make entries on one of them.  Until recently, I could go into any of the 3, open a file and make entries.

    What type files do you try to edit, and what are the exact steps you follow? Do you get any specific errors when you try to edit your content?

    I have. Excel and Word files which I can edit from one computer, but only view on the other two computers until recently I could go into all three computers, click on the Dropbox icon, open any of the 4 or 5 files and edit them.

      Hi Joe T, is it safe to assume you're using our desktop app platform, and not our website? 

       

      Do you get any errors when you try to edit your content using your device?

        I open Dropbox by the app on my desktop and on-line.  in either case I can pull up the files & folder, but the Excel or Word is not accessed.  So I only get a view of the documents without the ability to edit them.
