Can't delete unwanted files

I have retired and no longer want work-related files and documents in my Dropbox.  However, I am prohibited from deleting any files.  I don't know what to do about this, and cannot find a customer service number.

    Hey schrockbike - sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

     

    Could you clarify if you're getting a specific error or if the page is just not responding when you delete your files?

     

    Have you tried another browser perhaps?
