Can't restore files deleted less than 30 days

Hi,
some DAYS ago I deleted some folders from my dropbox and some files.
Now I want to restore one of those folders but unfortunately the history under "deleted files" does not show the folder I was looking for.
In the print it says "... deleted files are restorable for 30 days..." but like a said the needed folder is not on display and it was deleted maybe four days ago.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

    Can you see the deletion event on your Events page? You may be able to restore it from there as well.
