copying files directly from one drive to dropbox?

Hi I have done a search but failed to find what I need.  Is there a way to send files from One drive direct to drop box without wasting band width TWICE downloading them to a local drive and then back up again to drop box??

A couple of suggestions on the internet suggest third party apps but I dont know which ones to trust.

There is no official Dropbox app to do this I'm afraid.

So you either need to download and re-upload or look at some third party apps.
