Deleted files - more then 30days ago with Basic subscription - how to get them back

Dear Community,

there were files deleted from our account by another team member more then 30days ago and I want to retrieve them. We only have the basic subscription and there is a 30day limit to retrieve the files. Does it help when I upgrade my account to have a longer period back to retrieve the files or is this not possible?

    Hi VM8 

    Its not possible to recover now I'm afraid - you would have needed to have been a paid member at time of deletion for the extended recovery to work.
