Deleting a file with a bunch of photos in it

Can someone help me.   In the mobile app when I click on the  "Files"  on tab on the bottom I have 3 folders listed there.  One of those folders there is no option anywhere to delete it. It is not empty it contains a bunch of photos.  The other 2 folder when I click on the ... ellipsis there is in fact a delete option? 

Why could there be no delete option and how to delete it? thank you.

    What is the name of the folder? Is it a Dropbox system one like Camera Uploads? If so they cannot be deleted.
