Desktop app and data disappeared
lost my desktop and data from local device Mac and DB account. they just vanished. now I can access DB again but with a different account under the old e mail address. desktop not there. plz provide support

Can you please send over more details on what happened exactly when you lost access to your desktop app/data? Were you working on any files on your desktop app, when something happened?
Also, when trying to log back into Dropbox with the same email address and password, did you receive any errors and you had to set up a new account?
