Do I really have to install the Dropbox app just to delete a backup file?
Do I really have to install the app just to delete a backup that's taking up too much room? I'm disabled, and that would mean I have to get an ablebodied person to do it for me and look through all my files. And I can't contact a human customer support representative unless I pay? This is not accessible to the disabled ☹ Is there no free way of doing this online? I'm just trying to clean up my account and get it under the limit, but it's turning into a giant problem.

Hey Solil, sorry to see that you're having trouble with this.
If you simply want to delete files from your backup, can you please go to your backups page and check if you can do it from there?
Keep in mind that for the backup feature to be enabled in the first place, you would have needed to have the Dropbox application installed.
Is it possible that you still have it?
Let me know how it goes.
