Does not sync with my other computer. How do I delete the subordinate account?

Hi   I have 2 accounts with Dropbox, but only use one of them (2TB), the other account has just 50GB which is of no use to me. how do I delete the subordinate account and just use the other? Ch...

Hi garsideandco, let's jump right into this! 

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, and that the next steps I'm going to be providing you are correct: do you wish to entirely delete the Dropbox account you no longer use, or do you wish to learn how to sync the 2TB account to your desktop app?

 

I'm asking because the title of your thread mentions syncing, so I want to make sure. 

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

All my files (bar one), have disappeared from my Dropbox. Could you please reinstate them as soon as possible?

    Hi garsideandco, keep in mind that you shouldn't be posting your full name, email or any other personal info on a public forum, and especially here, since it's against our Guidelines. 

     

    Now as for the files that seem to have been deleted, have you checked the account's deleted files page, or events page to see what you can find there?
