Dropbox is full but I can't delete files on my mobile.

Hi, my dropbox is full so I want to delete files, but when I open the app on my android phone it asks me to upgrade and there is no option that I can see to delete files. TIA

Hi Julie38, welcome to our Community!

You mentioned that when you open the Dropbox app on your phone, it asks you to upgrade. Is there any way, like an X or something, that you can close the message, and proceed into the app?

If not, can you try accessing your account using your mobile's browser, in order to delete some files that way?

    Keep me posted!
