Whole file directory is missing. It shows the directory was moved on July 25. No idea about moving. How can I restore it now.

HI there @Helen Ma - sorry to hear about your missing folder.
Could you have a look at your events page and let me know if you're able to restore from there?
Thanks!

Hi, Walter, very glad to hear from. Yes, from the event, on July 25, 2024, 4:52pm, it shows: you deleted TAZ and 21 more folders. then 4:52pm, it shows: you added TAZ and 21 more folders.
deleted happend earlier than added though the time stamp were the same 4:52pm.

Hey @Helen Ma, I hope it's okay for me to jump in here as well.
If the files were simply moved, you can try searching for them through the search bar at the top of your "all files" page and once you locate where they are, you can move them manually back to their original location.
Or you can use the rewind feature, to undo this change.
I hope this helps!
