File Missing From Dropbox

I've been using Dropbox for a couple years without issue now. But recently I noticed one of my documents is missing from my storage. I don't recall deleting it at any point and it's not in the 'Deleted Files' folder either. I thought it might have just not synced from my desktop computer but it's not there either. I know it's a long shot, considering you have to pay to even be able to submit a support ticket to Dropbox.

 

Is there a way I can restore this file? Thanks in advance!
