Files disappeared when other folder member got their access revoked
Hello,
I am talking to a colleague of mine that has uploaded a lot of files onto Dropbox last year.
I now need to have access to all the files. And every documents she's been organising are now completely empty. The problem is that she left just a few days the company before I did. She was using the Dropbox app on her desktop if that helps ?
How can I find these files back ? I know exactly where they were. Is there an history of a document available ?
Thank you!

Hey Zoe LM, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.
Can you clarify if the folders are there and the files in them are gone or if the folders are gone as well?
Did you take a look at your deleted files page and your events page?
If the shared folders themselves are gone, make sure to check this page too.
Let me know what you find.

The files are gone but the folders are still here…
I have tried to look into the event page but we are many users and I am unsure when they disappeared… I tried the deleted files but not much success… Can we maybe filter in the event page who’s action we are seeing? Or which folder we look into?
Thank you so much for your very quick response!- Hannah

Thanks for the update, Zoe!
You can filter the results on the events page by date and by folder from the dropdown menu on the right side of the page (where it says "All events").
