Files gone

Hi had dropbox account in around 2020 to collate work file templates when moving to new job. Only accessed couple times since then and now that I really need them when i log in there are no files there now ?? I understand it’s most prob related to payment but if I take another subscription under my login will they appear back ??

    Hi there Bilko, sorry to hear about your missing files.

     

    Do you see any sign of them in your events page? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so I'd start from there.
