Files lost forever after hard drive on computer died

Hi, I use Dropbox and thought it was safely uploading my daily diary every day.

The hard drive on my computer has died and I've discovered Dropbox hasn't been uploading my diary for nearly 2 weeks.

Have I lost those diary entries forever, or can they be retrieved somehow?

Please help!

    Oh no 😞

Have they not uploaded to Dropbox? If they haven't uploaded then no, you cannot recover via Dropbox I'm afraid.

    Have you checked www.dropbox.com/events ?

Do you know why they didn't upload? Was Dropbox not running? Full? Giving an error?
