formatting disk space
Good morning, How to remove folders shared with me from my account space or format what is on the disk to restore its original capacity. If I don't have a single file on my account, my 6GB capacity is occupied

Can you please let us know what exactly is reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?
Do you maybe see any folders in your backups page that might be using up your account's storage?
