Generate a PDF from an odt or doc file

Hello everyone, if I want to generate an ods file or doc or docx file as a PDF, it works, but a file is then generated without a file extension and without a preview. I can no longer generate a file in Dropbox into a PDF with the file extension .pdf / What can I do? Everything was normal until a few days ago. I use the MacOS Montery 12.7 operating system.
