Help, I need to permanently delete folders on the left side of my Dropbox account.How can I do that?

hi, 

I am trying to remove the folders i have on the left on my drop box, i have deleted everything in them but can't delete the actual folder names.

    You should be able to delete any file or folder from your All files view. If that's not where you are, can you share a screenshot of the area you're referring to?
