it doesn't show the files i added but storage space is used by this files

Would you be able to provide us a tad more info? How did you add the files to the account?
What steps did you take, and which platform did you use? Do you have any Backups enabled?

i added files from my desktop, i use website platform and i don't have backups

Hey Filipteo, sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know what your plan tab reports about your quota exactly?
Are there any files listed in your homepage and/or your backups page at all?
Also, note that the events page is where all the uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged, so if you had successfully uploaded your files in the Dropbox account you're looking at the moment, there should be a sign of them.

On homepage are files i uploaded today.
When i upload files i can open it but the next day i don't see this files and have used storage spacer - Walter2 years ago

Hi Filipteo, we'll need more information in order to assist. Can you copy and paste screenshots of the homepage, the plans page, and the events page to confirm the files were added into this account.
Are you certain you don't have another Dropbox account under a different email?
