I can't delete files from my account

i sometimes need to use dropbox when I'm sending acting auditions but i had to put school photos on it for a year book now it says full but i cant delete any more files to get my storage back

    Some files don’t have the dots for me to even chose delete and I’m just going around in circles. I’ve deleted all the other ones and it still says no storage
