I can't edit Microsoft content using my iPhone, it asks for a Microsoft 365.
I have a basic account in Dropbox and since 1 month I cannot edit anymore file in my mobile. I have an iPhone with Dropbox version 366.2 and my word file and excel file cannot be edited and saved any...

Did you log into your Microsoft account before you tried to edit this file of yours on your iPad?
I'm asking because Dropbox Basic, Plus, and Professional accounts can edit for free, however you'll be asked to sign in with a Microsoft account.
If you open an Office file that's saved to your device directly through the Excel or Word app, for example, are you seeing a different behavior?
And if you clear the Dropbox app's cache from the settings, does that help?
