I can't find my files
Why can't I find my files anymore? I used to click the recent icon/whatever and they'd appear. Now I can't even find them anywhere not even in search.
I have 2GB of storage and I've used 15K MG.
I save files in vellum in Macincloud and sometimes I can find them in there, but it's a pain.

Hey there lchm4115 - sorry to hear about your missing files.
Can you please clarify how you're accessing the files you mentioned as it's not quite clear? For example, are you using the desktop app, the mobile app or the website to do this?
Also, do you see any signs of your files in your homepage or the events page?
Let us know more information and we'll take it from there.

Did you take a look for your files on both accounts lchm4115 ?
Specifically, I'd like you to look for your missing files in these places:
1. the homepage,
2. the deleted files page,
3. the events page,
4. the backups page and
5. the sharing tab (in case the missing files were shared)
