I can't restore the item in deleted file

when i restore the folder in the delete file i get the message:
Because this folder is shared, other people might have made changes to it since it was removed from your account.
and I can't restore the folder or file with this message.
Help me! What do I need to do to be able to recover them?

      i have contacted drobox support but have not received a response.

    I received email said my dropbox space are full and save backups. I looked and all my photos are gone and got another email instruction on how to find photos from backups from desktop. There are nothing . I lost 240 photos.

        I found two links i need but it won't let me click on the blue link. The message pop say “ Error (403)
        It seems you don't belong here!
