I can't sort the Dropbox files on my Sonoma 14.4 by name, nor drag them into subfolders.

Hi Jay,

maybe you can help me with a couple of issues. I just bought a new Macbook running sonoma 14.4.  My dropbox on the desktop won't sort by name.   It will sort by anything else.   when I use LIST it sorts fine, but as columns it will not.   i also cannot seem to drag files into a sub folder.  It will go as far as a root folder but no further... maddening!!

Hey pwerlin, thanks for posting here.

Can you send a screenshot of what you see on your Mac device to have a visual? If there’s any info you don’t want us to see, feel free to mask it beforehand.

As for dragging files within your Dropbox subfolders, can you clarify what happens exactly when you try to do so?
