11 months agoHey CaroStanners! Thanks for posting this on our Community.
Do you mean that youâd like to move/rename the team folders that you see under the Content tab of your Admin Console?
If yes, please try renaming your team folders with these steps instead from your homepage directly.
As for moving the team folders, thatâs not currently possible, as explained here.
If I misunderstood something though or if youâre trying to rename/move a different type of folder, please send me a screenshot of what you see on your end and Iâll have a look.
Hope this helps!

Thanks, Nacy; the issue I have is the option to move or delete is not available when I click on the ellipsis either in the main Dropbox or Admin Console - I've attached screenshots. The files in the folders are not locked, and I have Team Admin permissions. Any additional advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the screenshot! Moving a team folder isnât currently possible, so this shouldnât appear as an option under neither the Content tab of your Admin Console or your Dropbox homepage.
You should be able to delete a team folder though this way.
Can you send me a full screenshot of what you see under your homepage perhaps, so that I can check if thereâs something else happening? If thereâs something you donât want us to see, please cover it first and then upload your screenshot here.
