I have the Drop Basic but it asks for my password to continue to cancel.
I have the Drop Basic. Its asking me for my password to continue to cancel. I enter the password but not accepting it. Can I cancel another way.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: do you wish to entirely delete your account, or cancel your Dropbox plan?
I'm asking, because it sounds like you're not using a paid plan at the moment. Dropbox Basic is our free plan.
