I keep getting a "The folder cannot be moved" error when moving one of my folders

I am trying to move a Dropbox folder to another location, but I receive the message "The folder cannot be moved." even when the folder is fully synced. Could you please provide a solution to this issue? Thank you.

    Can you provide more info on the folder in question? For example, is it a shared or team folder? 

     

    Are you trying to move it via the Dropbox website or the desktop app? 

     

    Can you send me a full screenshot of the error you keep getting on your end?
