I logged in to my Dropbox account today, but my photos have disappeared.
I've had a free Dropbox account for years. I continually get reminders that my storage space is maxed out and I need to upgrade. I've checked my photos to ensure they are still around. Today, I logged in and everything is gone. If I need to upgrade to access things, I will, but I need to know that my photos still exist. Thoughts?

Hey Karin Johnson! Hope you don’t mind if I jump in, too.
From your description, it's also possible you’ve set up a separate brand new Dropbox account, which is why you don’t see any files in it.
Besides what Mark suggested above, can you also make sure you’re logged in with the correct email address here?
