I logged into my Dropbox and none of my photos were there.

I logged into my Dropbox and none of my photos were there. I had my wedding photos that my photographer had put in there along with more family photos that were uploaded by the photographer. How to I get these back? I pay for the upgraded plan, but when I log into the app it doesn't show that I pay.

You are almost certainly logged in to a different account to the one you pay for.

Make sure you check the email matches the upgraded emails exactly and log back in.

    Hi Mark,

I am sure I am using the only login/email I have ever had with Dropbox.

Is this the same issue as you had here

I pay for Plus and went back to 2020 email from Dropbox and it’s the same account from back then when a photographer uploaded photos from a session. I am getting really frustrated about not having my photos or showing that I’ve been paying monthly for an account.

Hey Abeard3, let's see what we can find together on this!

Did you have a chance to review the events page, that Mark pointed out?

The Events page at www.dropbox.com/events gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.

Also, what about your deleted files page?

    Let me know!
