I logged into my Dropbox and none of my photos were there.
I logged into my Dropbox and none of my photos were there. I had my wedding photos that my photographer had put in there along with more family photos that were uploaded by the photographer. How to I get these back? I pay for the upgraded plan, but when I log into the app it doesn't show that I pay.

You are almost certainly logged in to a different account to the one you pay for.
Make sure you check the email matches the upgraded emails exactly and log back in.

Hi Mark,
I am sure I am using the only login/email I have ever had with Dropbox.

If Pro isnt showing and you are paying then you arent.
You can double check this a few ways: what is www.dropbox.com/events showing? What about https://www.dropbox.com/account/security in regards to connected devices? The first should show things happening on your account and second your old connected devices.

- Abeard32 years agoExplorer | Level 3I pay for Plus and went back to 2020 email from Dropbox and it’s the same account from back then when a photographer uploaded photos from a session. I am getting really frustrated about not having my photos or showing that I’ve been paying monthly for an account.

Did you have a chance to review the events page, that Mark pointed out?
The Events page at www.dropbox.com/events gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.
Also, what about your deleted files page?
