I recently noticed that a bunch of my files were missing
I noticed some of My Files were missing. I want to remind back to earlier date but it says I have to enter. And log in as a Admin but I am the only person owns it. And I am the admin so why can't I log in and find the deleted files

Hi fkippy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you check this page to see if the deleted files are visible?
Could you clarify what you mean by having to 'enter'?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hi delia5gonzalez, let's jump into this!
Keep in mind that Dropbox can't delete files on its own, unless something -such as another program- or someone triggers it.
Can you please have a look at your events page and let me know what you find? there This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
Also, what about your deleted files page?
Keep us posted!

i,
There is nothing on my events page and nothing in the deleted files page. Honestly everything is gone from everywhere.
Wat can i do and why is it that I cannot speak to anyone at Dropbox about it. They will not even answer my questions via email.
Thank you,
Delia

Hi delia5gonzalez, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that if you can't find any sign of your missing files in your events page, it's possible that they were never uploaded to Dropbox in the first place or that you're looking at another Dropbox account.
Could this be the case here, Delia?

Hi
No this isn't the case. I have been using Dropbox for years I know how to use it and I had many files loaded.
