if file is moved out of the HD DB area and then erased in DB cloud, will it be erased on the HD?

- no drobox app installed on computer or phone

 

if a file is moved out of the computer hard drive drive area and then erased in DB cloud on line, will it be erased on the computer hard drive new location?

    I am a member of a DB folder

     

    making a copy of a sink folder that is on a local drive to a location on the same drive that is not sink, then removing me as a member, will erase the original BUT, will it also erase the copy?

    Deletions from the Dropbox site will only affect files in the Dropbox folder. 

     

    If the file was previously moved or copied elsewhere, it wouldn't be deleted when you delete the same file from the Dropbox site.
