Lost backed up files after downgrading
Hello,
I'm running into an issue with the Backup feature. I was on a Teams plan (Standard) and used the Backup feature to back all my desktop files such as audio projects (Ableton, Protools, etc. - audio files) and PDFs on my external hard drive. However, after downgrading from Teams to Basic few months ago, I noticed that 30% of my files on Dropbox have been lost (and they're no longer on my hard drive). I don't have these files backed up anywhere else so this is very frustrating, I basically lost my projects. Can someone help me with this? I would like to restore my projects.

Downgrading your account wouldn't cause you to lose files, but let's see what we can find out about this.
Were you the one that had upgraded to the team plan, or were you a member of someone else's Business team?
Are you able to see anything related to those files in your backups page or your events page?
