Lost files - where can I find them?
My files just disappear, i was working in a document, and all the other files of my dropbox start to disappear, i can't find it in any place, i look on delete items and is empty. were can i find it?

Hey there Skyterra, sorry to hear about your missing files.
Can you take a look at your events page and let me know what you find?
Uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged there so it should be a good starting point.

appears like dropbox delte or move the files.

Dropbox isn't really capable of deleting or moving files on its own Skyterra
Did you re-organize your folder structure recently perhaps?
Also, are you able to restore the files from the events page?

we don reorganice nothing, the only files that appears are the files that i were using at the moment that the other files start disappearing

how i can recover the share files, that are the data that disappear, the information in blue i cant see

Were you the owner of those shared files Skyterra ?
Also, are you referring to individual files or folders perhaps?
