Many folders are disappeared both side
It’s was working fine until 30th June. Today I open Dropbox my shared folders are gone. Can find the photos from them in the “photos”, but pdf and other version files are gone. The only folder left is the folder with no files in it. None of us had virus in neither PC or App. None of us had touched Dropbox delete anything. Can anyone tell me whats going on? If I purchase Dropbox upgrade version can I get all the folders rewind now?

Are you able to see the missing files and folder from the events page or the deleted files page?
This will help me to assist further!
- No can not see anything in the deleted.
- Yes I can see if from event, but all the folders is not exist anymore.

What events are you seeing exactly? Are they additions or deletions on the account? Are you able to recover the files from there?
- It's the list of what I have added or edit those files in my “folder” : 12-june xx added a photo in xxxxx folder. And when you click the folder none if the folders are existed anymore. You can open some files(photos). But the folders are gone.
- And those files and photos which added in the lost folders can not recover coz It just shows in which day you added xxxto xxxx folder, don't have ways to click them. Shame I cent send screenshot here.. And a weird list says “2nd July I removed assess to S….”. not sure what’s the rest after “s”. And I didn’t touch Dropbox that day. I wonder if I purchase upgrade version I can rewind the date back to 1st July?

It sounds like access to a shared folder was removed, meaning that you or another user removed you from a shared folder.
This means you won't have any version history, or be able to recover the files in the shared folder. You'd need to contact the owner of the shared folder to re-invite you back.
- I Have asked all the owner who can assess the folder(only 3) None of them touched it in 2nd July. We believe there must be a mistake happens in Dropbox.
- Will the rewind function make the folder go back to before 2nd July? The “mystery”person who removed things?
- Sorry I need to make it clear: I am the owner and admin and I'm the only one who left in this folder, I didn't need to ask anyone invite me back, the folder is gone. , I didn't do anything to remove any shares and touch any folder even the “events” list said so. I need the disappeared folders back. I didn't remove anyone. No one has touched the Dropbox when all the folders went missing
