Many folders are disappeared both side

It’s was working fine until 30th June. Today I open Dropbox my shared folders are gone. Can find the photos from them in the “photos”, but pdf and other version files are gone. The only folder left i...

What events are you seeing exactly? Are they additions or deletions on the account? Are you able to recover the files from there?

It's the list of what I have added or edit those files in my “folder” : 12-june xx added a photo in xxxxx folder. And when you click the folder none if the folders are existed anymore. You can open some files(photos). But the folders are gone.
