Many folders are disappeared both side
It’s was working fine until 30th June. Today I open Dropbox my shared folders are gone. Can find the photos from them in the “photos”, but pdf and other version files are gone. The only folder left is the folder with no files in it. None of us had virus in neither PC or App. None of us had touched Dropbox delete anything. Can anyone tell me whats going on? If I purchase Dropbox upgrade version can I get all the folders rewind now?

The Rewind feature wouldn't re-add you back to the folder you were removed from, for security purposes.
Is the folder visible on this page?
- bambooisbamboo3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I can see the main folder name: bambooisbamboo, The folders went missing is the folders inside bambooisbamboo. I have not been removed from any folder. The folders went missing and NO ONE touched it no one removed me I didn’t remove anyone from any folder! It’s the folder went missing by itself. I think it’s hacked at 2nd July AUS time(1st July US time)

If there aren't any files to recover from the deleted files page, then that means there's nothing on our end to recover as well, so upgrading in order to use the Rewind feature wouldn't work either.
Regarding access to your account, you can check for any unknown devices or browser sessions from this page.
- bambooisbamboo3 years agoExplorer | Level 3From the link you send me I have seen a laptop in a strange place logged in my Dropbox but when log in. It’s a mystery at the moment. Are you saying rewind (back to any date) function won’t let me have all the disappeared folder contents back? What’s the different rewind and get back from “deleted file”.

The main between the two is that Rewind will revert a folder back to a specific date, recovering missing files and older edits of files, whereas the deleted files page just lets you recover deleted files and folders.
However, Rewind uses the same information visible on the deleted files and events page to revert back to an older folder version. If there aren't any deleted files, then they can't be recovered.
