Missing the most important folder...

my account with dropbox was downgraded for non payment and I am missing the most important folder in my account. How do I get this folder back? Would I get the folder back as soon as I make the payment?

    Downgrading your account wouldn't result in any missing or deleted files. 

     

    Are you able to see the missing folder on the events page or the deleted files page?
