My files are gone after reaching my quota.
Dear Sir or Madam.
I reached the maximum storage and forgot to upgrade to a new plan.
Now all my files seem to be gone.
Just a question, before I decide for a new plan:
Will my files be available again after subscribing to a new plan?
Looking forward to an answer.
Kind regards
GiselheR.

Hey GiselheR, let's jump right into this!
Purchasing a new plan wouldn't help since upgrades are not retroactive, so they take effect after your upgrade.
However, you mentioned that your content is gone. Would you like to let me know more about this?
Did you use the desktop app, mobile or website to add content to your account? If you check your events page, and deleted files page are you able to see your files there?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
