My files are gone. How can I restore them?
I have had a Dropbox Pro subscription for years. I just tried to log in on a new computer and it's listing me as a new user and I have none of the files I have stored on Dropbox. What can I do to restore them?

Hi there ashcol47 - sorry to hear about your missing files.
It sounds like you logged into the wrong account. Have you made sure that you used the correct email address to log in?
Could you have a look at your events page and let me know if you see any signs of your files there?
