My files are lost, how can I get them back?
I used to have the free basic dropbox subscription. I had big files that I’ve been receiving warning to upgrade or lose my files. Can someone help me get my files back, please?

Hi D Great, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what you mean by 'used to have a free basic' account? Did you upgrade or delete that account?
Are you able to see any missing files on the events page or the deleted files page?
This will help me to assist further!

There's nothing in my deleted files, it's empty.

Are there any events showing up at all in the first link I posted?
When was the last time you logged into your account? Were you part of a Dropbox team at one point?

Nothing in the events either.

Could you help me further by providing responses to my other questions I asked previously, to see what could've happened to your account?

This was the email warning I received which I ignored. I don;t think that I did have a team, it was just me.

Unfortunately, its almost certain that its not recoverable - the email does state it is permanent.
All you can do is contact support via www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help, but, its very unlikely they still have copies. Usually as soon as deadlines pass its instant.

wouldn't there be a way to recover all my missing files associated with my email address [Removed as per Community Guidelines]?

Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
