My files haven't synced for 3 months since the Mac OS update

Dropbox LOST my work on my files for the last 3 months with their MAC  grade. They said my files were there but they AREN"T CURRENT. They won't answer  how to get them back. I PAID for a new, maybe UNNCECSSARY subscription since by doing that I STILL didn't get my upgraded files. I ought to get my money back if they aren't gonna give me my files with work current into October!!!

Hi LRM1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I've removed some of your images due to the personal information included.

Just to check, are you certain that the files haven't synced according to the events page on your account? Is it possible that the files were deleted?

This will help me to assist further!

If the files were deleted, it wasn't by MY choice. All of my regular files had the last entries shown as being in the summer. They didn't include all of the work I'd done on them in the last 3 months. They were fine until I got the message from Dropbox saying, "Here are your files..." I work on some of  these files on a daily basis, particularly the ones contained in Folders. This is why I'm so frustrated and why, if Dropbox can't restore them, I want my money refunded back from Dropbox as I would not be comfortable depending upon Dropbox going forward.

Hey LRM1, which versions of your files do you see in your account online?

And if you go through their version history, are you able to see your most current versions?
