My photos were deleted after my account was downgraded - can I recover them?

I missed to pay the fee, and my extra large  Dropbox account was downgraded and all the files and photos was deleted from my files and från deleted files.

I have now uppgraded again to Dropbox plus.

Is there a way to restore the data?

Please help.

/Jenny

How long ago did you not pay?

Deletion of files doesnt take place immediately - in fact its many many months and after many many months of email warnings.

Unfortunately if they have been removed by Dropbox they are not recoverable.

Hey Jenny80, sorry to see that your photos are missing.

I think Mark is referring to warning emails about your files getting deleted, not about your payment.

What does your events page show about these files?
