My two accounts linked to the same email were deleted when I deleted one of them.
I had two accounts (one free and one Plus) linked to the same mail and when I deleted one, the other was also deleted. I've tried to contact Dropbox support service but could only chat to the IA chat system, which couldn't help me. I have paid a whole year and have no account now. Don't really mind about recovering the data, just want the space to start over.
Any clues? Thanks in advance.

It's not possible to have two accounts linked to the same email address. Each account requires a unique email address. If you had two separate accounts, each one used a different email.
I have paid a whole year and have no account now.Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.

Dear Rich,
First of all, thanks a lot for such a fast reply. I tried to identify the account I'm paying for but, since I used paypal, I don't have the 12-digit transaction number that is required for it. I couldn't find a way to do it with the pyapal transaction number after asking the chatbot either.

Hi pmmargar, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Let me know more!

Hi Megan,
Thanks a lot for the reply. Beyond finding what happened to my accounts or whether I had one or two associated to my email, at the end of the day what I need is my account to be restored. I dont mind about the data. If it's not restored I dont care, I just need the space. I paid for it some months ago and accidentally deleted it. Now I'm not able to access it any more.
Can you help me with this? I split the 1 year payment in 3 transactions. The paypal code of one of them is removed.
Thanks in advance

Hey pmmargar, I hope it's okay for me to jump in as well.
Can we send you an email, to the address associated with your Community profile here, to investigate this privately?
