Notifications wont go away

I have the dropbox app and i have the little badge app ico set up and it says i have 293 files to open and when i go to my files, the little number at the bottom of the screen ontop of the files icon says that same number but i have checked all my files (and i have 5 so its not that hard) and i cant find anything new and the message wont go away

    Is that not pending uploads from the Camera Roll?

    It may be, but if so, its been there for over a month and i have no idea what i can do

    Allow them to upload, or, if you dont use them, turn off Camera Uploads (its possible its videos if they are large and slow to upload), or, you dont have enough quota for them.
