One of my folders is missing - how can I retrieve it and its files?
I don't know what happened. Yesterday when I went to save a file, a folder was missing. I can't retrieve any files from that folder. I created another folder with the same name, but it now only has a couple of files that I saved yesterday. I don't know how to find a person to chat or talk with at Dropbox to find out what's going on. I believe that I have access and paying for both a business Dropbox and my personal account. The personal account is what's causing problems.

Was this folder shared with other users, or just a simple, non-shared folder in your account?
Do you see it in your deleted files or your events page?
