Our company's "master file" disappeared and we can't open other files too

Hi, 

 

Our team has quite a massive problem with Dropbo. Our company's "master file" suddenly just disappeared (both online and Mac Finder).

 

Other files are just syncing and we can't open any documents/pictures/videos. 

 

Does anyone know what I should do next in order to get this super important master file back?

    Did you check both your Deleted files and Events page? Are you able to locate and restore your files from there?

     

    Can you also send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to access your files?
