Please help - I lost all my files.
This morning, big surprise when I turned on my PC I lost all my files that were saved on Dropbox.
Nothing in my deleted files!
In "all files" when I ask to see the "hide deleted files" I see my folder but no recovery option. In the "who can access" column it indicates "Limited" and tells me "You do not have access to this folder"
Thank you for your help, I have just lost 10 years of work...

Hi jeffcapp, sorry to hear about that!
Based on what you described, it sounds like the content you're talking about might be a shared folder, is there any chance?
Can you locate any deleted files on your Dropbox account to recover the files? What about your sharing tab?
Let me know what you find, and we'll take it from there!

Hi @Megan and thanks for your message.
My deleted files is empty and I try the rewind option and He tell me that I have no activity for the last weeks as I make changes every day
In my sharing tab I have only one old excel file of 2019 - Megan2 years ago

Hey jeffcapp, thanks for checking!
It might sound trivial, but is it possible that you were using a different account to sync the content?
