Restore deleted files more than 30 days ago.

DB says I have 1.9GB used. I did a delete to free up space. I think though one pix folder I need back. In deleted file folder there is zero files.  It's been less than 30 days since I deleted them. I've followed the steps inhow to undelete, but there is never any files to undelete.
Any suggestions?
