Retrieving All my files

My laptop was burned in a fire 2 months ago, I now have purchased a new laptop, I desperately need my files from Dropbox.  Don't know what to do.

    Hi there Bellamia, sorry to hear about this.

     

    You'll just need to log into the same Dropbox account as the one you used on your old laptop.  If you were using the desktop app, you can download and install it again and sign into your account following the prompts.
